Arrange a Field Trip

The McCaw School of Mines Foundation provides free bus transportation for all Clark County School District students. It is meant to enhance the 4th grade experience of learning about mining and the history of mining in Nevada. Volunteers conduct the tours along with the "Mighty Miners," students from McCaw Elementary who are trained to help. School tour dates are available from October through May. Private tours are available for small groups throughout the year. Call the office at 799-3546 for details.
